Ran bike path upto top of bike park, ran down into bike park and back towards hidden hallow.
Inside workout, 5min row and squat thrusts with weight. 27,21,15,9 set. 16x4 lunges with 20bs and 20x4 push ups with no rest in between sets. 3min core work.
